Its just like back in the day when you only had reusable diapers and the company use to come and pick them up to clean them. Well the cleaning part is most def on your own. If you don't like blood the look or the smell this product is not for you. YOU will have to physical rinse/wash the blood from the napkin. I don't have a problem with it. Peroxide, soap and cold water is what I use to get the blood out then I let soak for 12-48 hours. I still see stains so I will wash them as well hopefully the stains will come out. Nothing too bad I just noticed them. I have been using two a day without feeling wet or like i have a diaper on. No leaking either and I am very heavy the first 2 days. I will invest in the smaller size for my light days. Now I am a grown 42 yr old woman the designs are a tad bit childish for me but its just 7 days so I will roll with it.... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don’t slide like other brands! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 3, 2018* Having a latex allergy, reusable/washable pads are a must. I’ve tried two other brands, but these are the first to have a waterproof backing that doesn’t slip!!I’m so pleased with this product I’ve sent several people the link to purchase.These seem to work for menstruation and light bladder leaks. (IE, sneeze and leak)The snaps seem solid, and aren’t metal. Because I have to wear pads 24/7, I was looking for something reusable and comfortable without too much bulk. These are perfect. Staining isn't a issue with urine, so I can't comment on that. I have some from another company that are thicker and longer with charcoal bamboo. I prefer these and only use the others when I have be to be out and about for a extended time. They are not visible through my pants I the back... i tend to wear pretty snug pants. These wash well and hold up well. As long as you use them with snug fitting underwear, slipping/shifting is not an issue. They wah and dry well in machine, or snap one to another in a chain and hang to dry. I would definitely buy again and would recommend to others. Thank you for such a great product.
