Should I get the next size down if they are so flexible? I want them to continue working if I lose weight.

These are very tight. Elastic band and not to stretchy you would need to go for 12/14 to be comfy

Does this knickers roll down your belly especially if one have a bit of a fatty belly?

No they actually don’t, not on mine anyway. They are very comfortable but I wouldn’t say they are tummy control especially well not firm anyway.
