Dockers Men’s Classic Fit Comfort Cargo Pants

Dockers are always a good buy. the fit and finish are perfect.

I purchased these because of the zipper pocket. It measures approx 6.5"x5.75", a good size for big phones. The pants are comfortable. My only complaint is that the waist is very stretchy, I might consider purchasing a size smaller next time.

I want to love these pants, but the best I can say is I like them just okay. I love the idea of them - that they have the "comfort waist" that expands a bit. I was hoping for basically a more casual version of the Haggar Men's Cool 18 Expandable Waist pants, which I love for work.Unfortunately, I've found the sizing to be strange on these Dockers Comfort Cargos. For comparison, on the above mentioned Haggar slacks, 38 X 32 is a perfect fit. Other cargo pants I've worn (Union Bay or Urban Pipeline), 36 X 34 has fit well. So, I'm in a weird place...if companies would make a 37 X 33, that'd probably be my size.With these Dockers though - there is a HUGE gulf between 36-38 waist and 32-34 length. Far more than I've seen in other pants. I've tried tons of size combinations in these pants now, and it's remarkable. 36 waist has a great fit for me throughout the leg, and is a bit too tight in the waist (elastic is stretched, not relaxed). Going up to 38 makes the waist a bit too loose, but more importantly, makes the pants SUPER BAGGY. Like the thighs have tons of extra material, it's really a bad look.Length is a similar story, but becomes more frustrating because these pants shrink significantly in length (but not waist) after washing and drying. 32 Length actually was perfect before washing. After washing/drying on normal setting, these things shrink at least an inch...maybe a bit more. 34 Length though is very long, even after washing and drying - long enough to where I had to get them tailored.So, that's where I'm at. I want a casual "comfort fit"/expandable waist pair of pants, and this in theory fits the bill. But, the sizing gap in the waist (36-38) and length (32-34) is abnormal, and the shrinking length is very frustrating and difficult to account for.

I originally found a pair of these pants at Sears and really liked the fit and feel of them. Dockers, in general, fit me well. To give a bit of perspective, I am 5' 11" and weigh 170 lbs. Unfortunately, Sears doesn't carry these pants in many colors, even through they're available, but Amazon has them all. Since I knew my size, I just ordered them from Amazon. They arrived, fit perfectly, and are exactly the color I was expecting.Two additional pluses for these pants are that they have a built-in elastic expansion waistband, so that they are extremely comfortable to wear, and the pants are cut high to wear above the waist. The pockets are deep so even my iPhone 6+ fits in them comfortably. The one cargo pocket on the right leg is opened and closed with a zipper and is roomy enough to throw in keys, a folded map, or whatever it is that you can't put in a normal pocket.If you're looking for an inexpensive pair of pants that has an extra cargo-style pocket, these pants are perfect. My only quibble, and it's minor, is that there is no center crease on the leg, so while these pants might be acceptable for the weekend, they probably are too casual for some situations. For me, they're ideal and I now own a few pair and wear them regularly.

Have been looking for some nice looking casual pants that fit the way I like for a long time. These are finally what I was looking for with a good fit above the waist, a nice light weight material and a they have a neat stylish look as well. I did find however that they do run a little big in the waist so I would suggest buying one size smaller, other than that, perfect casual pants that look and feel great.

These pants fit well due to the comfort waist band. One thing I look for when buying slacks is the depth of the front pockets, some slacks have very shallow pocket, and all your keys and change fall out when you sit down, these are just the right depth, and the side cargo pocket with zipper closure is especcially nice for securing more valuable things. I have washed them a couple time, and they do not seem to shrink, and look good right from the dryer. I would say overall, these are my favorite casual slacks.

These pants are typical Dockers, comfortable and look great. But like many things these days quality has taken a hit with these pants. The side zippered pocket zipper is now made from a lightweight plastic material and has, after just three months, separated and have been unable to find a way to repair. Shame I really liked these up to this point. Wouldn’t recommend.

Love these pants! However, I would make a couple of changes. Eliminate the flaps on the rear pockets - the corners always turn up and look unsightly. I always sew the corners down on mine. The previous version had two zip pockets. It's disappointing that the current version only has one. I buy these for the zip pockets - great place for your wallet and cell phone. The new version has a stretch waistband. I would prefer NOT to have a stretch waistband.

My husband wasn’t thrilled when the exact style was no longer available. These fit just the same and look more streamlined since there are less pockets. Good choice and happy customer. We will be buying more in different colours.

Tried on the pair, left leg was definitely a different fit (too tight) than right leg.Zippers on side pocket were an odd choice.The stretching part was too visible unless you're wearing a belt.Seams were done right at least. no need ot shave the pants of loose threads.

The fabric is very rough /harsh to wear against the skin. Should be much softer .
