Kit comes with everything you will need. its easy to use. for best results heat the wax up fully and then let it cool to it thickens a bit. Once it thickens its easier to apply and pull off. The before and after care lotion if comes with is great! Also as a side not use baby powder on whatever area you are going to use the wax, it allows for better contact with the wax to adhere. worth the $$ good product. no issues and high quality. In fact I bought a second one and sent it to my mom.

All in all,I like this! I bought this to wax myself for the first time.. I’m a pretty proficient learner; I also watched a couple of YouTube videos and I had my Sister on the phone while I did this.. I feel like I did all the correct steps, but the wax wasn’t really gripping the hair and pulling them off well enough.. Great warmer, I’m just going to try to buy some other beads..

This kit did the job for me ~ a total novice. It was my first self waxing. I received an email with instructions from the seller. A few days later, I set up everything using the blue beads instead of the yellow (didn't read the enclosed instructions). Blue beads are for body waxing and yellow for sensitive areas (brows, face, underarms). With a few mistakes (letting the wax get cool) I waxed my underarms to complete bareness. The wax was great. Taking care not to double dip, I simply flipped my app sticks to go for more rounds of waxing multi-directional growth. Only using one melting pail, clean up was fast and easy for me. My confidence level has been boosted and I can't wait until my upcoming wax session!

This machine is easy to use, that’s not the issue. The issue is that the wax that came with it is complete GARBAGE! It doesn’t even remove hair! I followed instructions, watched youtube videos and tiktoks, etc. I know to put it on it the direction of hair growth and pull the opposite way. But this does NOT remove hair. I will have to buy more wax and see what I can do.

I just received this waxing kit and so far it’s well worth it. I have been using at home waxing kits that are similar in price but the wax had to constantly be reheated in the microwave during the process. I also had to replace the whole kit when I ran out of wax. I like that this one has two different types of wax beads, applicators, and a separate bucket for each. The instructions are very clear as well and it heated up fine. I’m hopeful that this will be a permanent replacement for me. It feels like I have a professional kit at home finally.

This product doesn't heat wax right at all, takes forever and it does not regulate the temperature of wax as should. Wax is so cheap and messy it is a complete nightmare to use and does not remove hair!!! Nothing but a complete mess and rip off. Unfortunately I didn't try mine right away and it is too late to return it. Will never suggest this to anyone!

First off let me state that this is my first time waxing. I’ve always wanted to try it but have been a little afraid. Now I feel silly because this wax was virtually painless. It heated up SUPER quick. Even on the higher temp the wax felt nice and warm on my skin not scolding hot. Now I had shaved just a few days before I received my kit so I didn’t have too much hair. But even the little stubble I did have this wax ripped it right out. Again it doesn’t hurt. For anyone curious and wanting to start waxing at home I highly recommend this kit!

I was excited for this product to come in, I put the metal container and beads in and let it warm up, but whenever I thought the temperature was set, it never stayed at the temperature, for example I would set it to 175 and I would look at it and all of a sudden it went down to 143 or something. Even when I didn't touch it for a few min it was constantly changing temperatures by itself and never stayed at the temperature I wanted it to be.( watch video) I think my wax warmer is broken.. I was really excited for this but I guess you get what you pay for :/
