how deep and far apart in zone 7 do i plant?

These can be planted 6-8" deep and 8-10" apart.

Can the bulbs be keped in the refrigerator or a cool place? It keep getting near freezing were I live and may not be able to plant right away.

Will these do well in mostly shade?

No, I don't think so. I live in PA and they in are in mostly full sun.
