What region does the boots come from?

I'm not sure what region they were made but they were shipped from Hazelton, PA. I ordered one size larger and they fit very nicely, even with heavy socks on. The boots look like real leather and durable. I ordered theses boots to replace the one pair that I had for over 20 years.

Is this men’s or women’s size?

Nieither. Child size. The calf is slim.

what is the calf circumference of this boot?

Too small! You can't even get your foot into it!

1 Big Kids doesn't make sense. Our daughter wears Kid's size 4 or 4.5 which size should order?

You would order a size 4.5 in this boot as well. Unfortunately, it looks like they are currently out of that size.
