## Questions & Answers

**Q: does it have a brake knob to control the speed when unwinding?**
A: Yes it does, and one person could unwind it and use the brake, but it is not easy for one person to be installing this duck rod into a conduit AND be using the brake. for that you would need two people. BUT I never use the brake while installing this into a pipe, I just use my hands on the rod to control the speed.

For anyone curious, it will work in smaller pipes but it will, eventually, also break. Additionally, it is possible to use one of these even without a head. 1" EMT is the smallest i have consistently done that is below the 13" bend radius. Mine has broken twice but is still very long and mostly usable.The handle isn't friendly to my sally hands but it is replaceable.It is light enough to carry around but a set of 4 locking wheels would be nicer.
