I ware a size 18 in jeans, what size should i get?

So I ordered a few sizes and returned what didn’t fit. The biggest part of my abdomen is 42 inches and what fit me the best was an XL. That is usinG the extender on the loosest clasp so I can get the most use out of it. So I would say measure the widest part of your waist and the subtract 12 and that’s the size you should be. (42-12=30) XL size shoes 30.5. I hope this helps.

Has anyone had an issue with the wire bar things wearing through and popping out the bottom?

Never had issues i wear it every day 8hrs all 7 days for 2 years now haven't seen any wear or tear . I got the one with tiny holes on it. Dont wear a thin shirt thats see through because the wire bar things will be seen through shirt. Extremely comfortable for everyday.
