Does this folding mat fit over a Blanco Etagon 8 in-set sink?

I have changed to a Blanco Subline which is 400mm wide inside measurements, opposed to Etagon 8 having 370mm width. We are using the grill which just makes it so on 370 it would work and is a nice piece of equipment.

Can this product go in the sink to protect it from scratching or is it just used on top of the sink as a drainer?

I am not sure about going into a sink permanently but I think probably not. It is a versatile device, though. We bought the first one to act as a large folding trivet to keep near an oven, but then realised its use as a drainer. We now use one over grooves in a stone worktop, and also folded in the middle as a drainer to prop up plates.

Will it fit Etagon 700 u ?

The aperture of my sink is 400 x 495. The black edge only just sits on the edge of my sink (that being 440 side off rack on my 400 side of sink)

can hot trays out of a oven be put on this to protect the worktop
