These are the best brown noodles on the market. I use them in my soups. They are less starchy than traditional noodles. They stay firm even when cooked for long periods. Low sodium. Decent thickness. I highly recommend this product.

These are the best inexpensive noodles we have tried. It doesn’t have all the sodium we wanted to stay away from. The taste is good and so is the texture.

I like these noodles, and feel good about eating them. I deducted a star because they are absurdly expensive, which causes me to be reluctant to use them, which kind of defeats the purpose. If their price was similar to other pasta, I'd eat them all the time.

Great noodles could eat this all the time tastes great paired with a good broth I have been eating these for a while now.

4 noodle cakes in a bag. Brown rice noodles. Using a microwave-safe bowl and matching lid: I use the soup stock in a bowl, add water, mix well, add the noodles to cover in the water, then microwave at 5-mins, for power level 7 (to prevent the boil-over); at the timer, I stir the noodles by gentle swirl of the bowl, then microwave more for 4-mins., at 7 power level (7 out of 10, 10 being100%). At the timer, I remove the bowl from the microwave, and use a fork to gently flip the noodles over to cover the stock on what was the top of the noodles. Place a plastic lid, upside down, over the bowl (don't latch it down), and let sit on the counter for 5-mins, if I can last that long, to soften the noodles. Remove lid Then eat.

These get mushy quite easily, so they have to be watched closely during cooking. The flavor it good. I prefer plain, rice noodles to these.
