I have Sjögren's syndrome and these little lozenges are just the thing to tame dry mouth and give me a little confidence that I'm not going to knock someone over with my dragon breath. They are quite small and individually wrapped. They last a decent amount of time and they don't take up a lot of space in your mouth so you can easily talk around it without being rude. I speak in an adult classroom environment on a daily basis, so having something unobtrusive yet effective is ideal.I really like the minty orange flavor. It treats you to a cooling effect that I find that I really enjoy. Unlike the grocery store types of mints, these have a lasting effect that really does a lot to minimize my symptoms. I don't have to consume a lot of them over the course of the day, which increases their value and justifies their slightly higher cost.I've been using TheraBreath mouth washes for several years but have only recently found this Dry Mouth product line of theirs. I'll be keeping a supply of these on hand. To me, they are a necessity and they improve the quality of my life, albeit in a small way.Sugar free, gluten free and certified kosher. Contains xylitol.

These TheraBreath ZINC Lozenges have been a lifesaver for my dry mouth! They work quickly to provide relief and keep my mouth feeling moist for a long time. The fact that they contain zinc is an added bonus for freshening breath, which is great, especially after meals.The mandarin mint flavor is pleasant, but I wish it were a bit stronger. Sometimes, the minty aspect feels a little light, but it’s still refreshing overall. I also appreciate that they don’t leave a weird aftertaste like some other lozenges I’ve tried.With 100 lozenges in the bottle, they’re a good value for the price and definitely effective. If you suffer from dry mouth, I recommend giving these a try. Just be prepared for a milder flavor!

After I started medication for ADHD, dry mouth became a serious problem. I upped my water intake, but that wasn’t enough. Biotin spray and similar store-brand rinses with xylitol weren’t helpful. I also started chewing lots of gum, but sometimes I would choke on it when the dryness became too much. I tried the TheraBreath lozenges on a whim, and now I’m hooked. They give me relief during long days at work, and they’ve also been lifesavers during movies or when I’m out and about and don’t have my water bottle handy. I later started using TheraBreath dry mouth rinse, which has had the biggest positive effect for me. The rinse keeps my gums from drying out over night (I thought that was going to be a dealbreaker for my meds!), and a bit of rinse in the morning with a couple of lozenges throughout the day allow me to get on with my tasks without constantly having to chug water. I’m not sure what differentiates TheraBreath from other dry mouth products, but it’s worth a little more to get something that works really well. I’ve been using the products for about eight months, and I make sure the lozenges are stashed by my bed, in my desk at work, and in my purse.Also: stick with the classic Mandarin Mint flavor. The tart berry one is tolerable but far inferior.

I take a massive amount of pain medicine and several other medicines everyday. The combination of medicines along with my overall health causes severe dry mouth. I have tried pretty much everything, sprays, mouthwashes, toothpaste, specialty drinks, over the counter (OTC) meds and even Physician and Dentist prescribe medicines for my Dry Mouth Problem. Almost everything that I have tried in the past has come with other non favorable side effects or just worked while the item was in my mouth. Most of the over-the-counter items have just been a scam, expensive breath mints.So I was not expecting much from this OTC item. At best I figured I would get another expensive breath mint.However to my surprise the first one I popped in my mouth started working perfectly within minutes. And it continued to keep my mouth wet after it was fully dissolved. Now this is the only thing I use when I have dry mouth issues.In fact I gave some to my primary physician and last time I was in his office I saw he had a box of these on the counter in the nurses station.I can honestly say, if you have dry mouth this little "mint" will get your mouth moist. DON'T CHEW IT. I found it doesn't work well if you chew it. Just move it around your mouth with your tongue and let it do it's job. At any point in time I have some of these in my pocket, the picture is exactly what I have in my pocket without editing it.

I bought these at our local drug store. I have lots of asthma meds and allergy meds that cause dry mouth. I have tried them all. When I saw that it was orange & mint, I was psyched because I love orange. Well I hated the taste, but they work so, so well. I got used to taste pretty quickly. Don't write it off. It works the best out of all the ones I tried and it is small and doesn't dissolve quickly. I actually like flavor now, compared to others on the market. Plus I was getting 25 for 5.99. This was almost $8 with subscribe and save for a hundred. It is now a staple in my arsenal next to my inhalers in my bag!

I decided to try these lozenges because my medication sometimes causes dry mouth. I can definitely say your mileage may vary. The reviews are all over the place, and mine is no exception. Many reviews say there isn't a citrus flavor, and I completely disagree. At first, yes it was minty. As I finished the lozenge it was suddenly very sour- almost unbearably so. I thought to myself for several minutes that buying these lozenges was a total waste of money. The sour taste finally cleared, and you know what? They work. Now it's just a non-descript slightly minty flavor and my mouth is no longer dry. Mission accomplished. My experience might have been impacted by the fact that I wasn't drinking anything while consuming it. Water might have helped.I can't speak on the stomach distress issues as it's been only minutes since I had the lozenge. As with any artificial sweetener, the more you consume the more you might experience unpleasant gastric side effects. I hope I will be spared from that. I don't know if I will repurchase.
