A little dry after you are done
I have been trying to switch over from chemical filled household products, switching over to natural. I had heard a lot of about Mrs. Meyer's brand and decided to give it a try. At my local store each bottle was about $6, so I looked it up on amazon and found it was a much better way to buy it. When it arrived I put one in the bathroom and gave it a try. It has a very nice lemon scent, but I would not use an entire pump. I use about 1/3 of a pump, hardly pushing it down at all. I can wash my hands as normal. It does leave my hands a tad dry when I am done, so I just use a little lotion. It doesn't bother me, but if you have dry hands it is something to keep in mind. I am happy to have a natural alternative to the chemical filled soaps we have normally, it's just a little on the dry side when you are done. The three pack is well worth it and since you use less soap the bottles last a long time.

The best soap so far, with a fix for the bottle
First used this soap when we were eating at a vegan restaurant. Since then, we've been using this soap for months and it's never done us wrong. I love that it uses natural ingredients and the smell is real pleasant. Never going back to generic soap brands again! You have to know though: unless they've made some changes to the composition or shape of the bottle, this thing deflates after some... maybe 10 pumps in. It starts to collapse upon itself. Like other reviewers noted, just unscrew the top and it will keep its form.I've tried it myself and I'll tell you how it works for me:- Tighten it.- Loosen it by unscrewing it (remember. lefty loosey, righty tighty) one-two times so that the cap is still locked in to the bottle.- Enjoy a structurally sound bottle that doesn't deflate on you!

Best household cleaners you can find
I absolutely love the Mrs. Meyer's line of cleaning products. I feel good about using them around the house knowing that I'm eliminating a lot of chemicals. Highly recommend the hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent and liquid fabric softener. I'm not a huge fan of all of the scents, pine and basil being my all time favorites.I have a washing machine that hooks up to my kitchen sink so I can actually see the dirty water from my machine that goes down the drain. My husband works on a road crew paving highways and his clothes are filthy when he gets home. The Mrs. Meyer's detergent gets out wayyyyyy more dirt and asphalt dust from his clothes than any other major brand I've tried. I'm a firm believer in the whole line of these products.

Mrs. Meyer is my favorite cleaning lady!
I normally just buy hand soap in bulk and refill older containers... But my friend had this soap and I loved it so I got my own! It smells SOO good. This is the best smelling clean. Also it's somehow way less bad for the environment as well as our skin because it doesn't have the harsh chemicals that a lot of the big soap brands do?! That seems weird to me though because I feel like this actually gets my hands even cleaner than Softsoap, etc. At least it gets rid of cigarette smell quite a bit faster than other soaps I've tried. I don't know what the secret is but I'm going to keep buying these!!

Great Hand Soap That Doesn't Chap My Skin
As a mom to boys (and a big, hairy dog), it seems like I am always washing my hands. I don't often bother putting on hand lotion, since it seems like it only just gets washed off (or makes my hands greasy when I need them dry), so I have to be careful with hand soap, because my hands get dry and cracked (and often bleeding if I don't switch soap soon enough). My oldest son has a similar problem with getting dry hands, so I am always on the lookout for something that we can keep our hands clean without stripping all moisture from them. As a woman who enjoys yummy scents, I especially appreciate a nice, clean-smelling scent. This soap thankfully does not make our hands dry out or crack (even in winter), and it delivers a zesty-clean scent.I personally enjoy the lingering scent of lemon, especially after washing dishes and cleaning up the kitchen. That said, If you do not fond of soaps with a fairly moderate/strong scent to them, then this soap is probably not for you. I have found that this hand soap doesn't particularly get all foamy and super-lathery (the foamier they are for me, the worse my hands get), so if you are after a super-rich foam, this one doesn't seem to give that. All said, for my family, this soap does the trick. My husband doesn't think the scent is too girly, and my kiddos like it.Due to its popularity, I am glad it is also easily found in brick and mortar stores nearby if I happen to run out of it before my next order. As far as hand soaps go, it is not the cheapest out there, but it certainly is not the harshest on the ol' wallet. I have certainly paid far more for other brands to get the same result I get from this one. If your hands are a little sensitive to frequent hand washing with other hand soaps from general cooking, cleaning, making crafts, having fun outdoors, playing with the dog, and making messes with your kiddoes, etc, I would suggest trying this one first, before investing too much money on pricier brands.

Non toxic and fresh smelling
We began buying Mrs. Meyer's products because they are comparable to most of the other more natural products on the market. We were avid Seventh Generation users prior to that. We found that not all the ingredients in Seventh Generation were considered non-toxic, so we decided to try other brands. Mrs. Meyer's has lots of great scents. They are mild, and not overpowering, but still reminiscent of the aroma. They clean well. I often see my children sniffing their hands after washing them. I even occasionally put some in my toddler's bath for bubbles. I simply add a few squirts and sweep my hands through the water repeatedly to increase the bubbles.
