Great paint, goes on smooth and shiny! The tale of $11.50 vs. $70.
Love this gold spray paint. Easy to apply, high gloss, ultra smooth when dry.. The handle on our storm door was weathered and dingy looking. To purchase a replacement handle we would have had to buy a whole new lock set (cost would be about $70 plus shipping). However, thanks to this fabulous spray paint, we now have a lovely new looking storm door handle at a greatly reduced expense. The results were perfect. Dry to the touch in about 30 mins., so able to spray multiple coats and be done in an afternoon. Definitely well worth the price, and then some.

Great for black rim touch ups.
works well for touching up the black wheels on my Honda Civic Si 2022. Easy to use and looks fairly good. Easy to use.

Good paint
1 can front side only covered 2 18” steel wheels. I did 12-15 very light coats on each wheel and it came out near perfect.

Nice Paint - Far Cheaper Than A Professional Wheel Refinish
Ok, full disclosure: in order to do this job correctly (refinishing 4 wheels) I believe you need to set aside the best part of a day for sanding and prep (if your wheels are in bad shape) and another for painting. This is a job best done by two or more people. Having used Dupli Color for a successful refinish on some chipped/flaking rear view mirrors, we went with this brand again for the wheels and were glad we did. We bought Rustoleum self etching primer and Dupli Color paint and clear for a 2007 Scion TC. The wheels appeared to have a failed Plasti Dip that looked like they had been through a fire. After fully sanding the clear and toning down the curb rash, we used 3x5 index cards to make a protective curtain (for the tire) and duct taped the cards on both sides. This item could be moved from wheel to wheel during paint operations. (I would have used playing cards if I had to do it again as they are thicker and would hold up to the paint/moisture better). Three coats of prime, paint, and clear later (using a table to get them off the ground and to allow the wheels to be rotated for even coats and full coverage front and back) the wheels look like new. [NOTE: A plastic trigger adapter for the spray cans is really a good idea as it eases hand/finger fatigue and I believe results in more even coats). We have gotten a number of compliments on how great they look. So far, about 3 months later, the paint is holding well with no chipping or flaking. A local outfit quoted $150 per rim for this operation. All in (2 cans primer, paint, clear each or 6 cans total) we were all in about $70 for all 4 wheels. This is hard work and best for someone with some shop experience as you need to jack up the car, remove the wheels and re-torque to spec on re-installation to do a proper job, but if you are so inclined you may be surprised at how good the job looks when you are all said and done. Opinions vary, but I would recommend this over Plasti Dip as it seems like it will last longer and touch ups of any chips or curb rash will likely be easier.

Great Color and some tips
Great color good spray I do recommend to keep a tiny cloth to wipe the spray hole often so you don't have a build up and cause the big spots of paint! Also I used Black, Rust-Oleum Specialty Gloss Appliance Epoxy for a Primer it actually sticks pretty well to wheels for Clear Coat is just used the Rustoleum Gloss Clear Coat 5 in 1 spray and used setting 5 for a Fan spray

Great Finish with the Right Prep
Used this to refinish my wheel covers, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. With proper prep—cleaning, sanding, and using a good primer—the finish came out looking smooth and clean. One can was just enough to cover all four wheel covers evenly with a couple of coats. Spraying was super easy—no clogging, and it works well at any angle, which really helped with getting into the edges and contours. The paint dried relatively quickly and has a nice satin black finish that looks OEM. If you take your time with prep, this product will definitely give professional-looking results. Highly recommend!

Maybe I got a bad batch but definitely not what I was expecting
Turned out bad. Spent a day prepping my wheels. Applied to 1 wheel and could tell it was NOT good at all. Gritty grainy texture. It literally scraped off with a fingernail. I bought 4 cans - 3 going back. Awful. The primer I used look absolutely fantastic and I should have honestly just left it primed compared to what I ended up with.
