But I have put it inside a used gift wrapping tube for safe keeping until I finish filling it all out. I eentually will have it framed, but for now the cardboard gift wrapping tube is doing fine. **Q: Are there customized printable labels for this chart?** A: They don't offer such labels with the chart, but I suggest you write to them directly. The first three-four generations require a curved inscription to fit into the spaces, and while I had some printable clear labels I could not figure out how to curve the printing for the recent generations. So I did the chart by hand, and to make the curves I drew a light pencil line using a series of saucers and places which get smaller as I go up the generations! when I get up to the 4th, 5th etc I will use the labels, as by that time the spaces given are for straight lines. **Q: What is the font size in the 9th generation? Hoping to use a printer or label maker to create the names.** A: font size listing which generation is very small throughout. For the 9th generation - I'd try using a 8 pt font. and label size would be no more than 1/4-1/3 inch tall by about 1-1/4 inch long. Great for name but I think it would be hard to put birth and death dates in. **Q: Has the shipping tube been improved since so many people are having trouble with quality?** A: The item comes in a plastic sleeve and shipped in a flat box. The packaging is not great, as noted in the reviews. However, you can press it after you get it if you need a pristine presentation. For me the value of this product is as a tool to easily see a direct family line in one place. I say take a photo, buy this chart and fill it in along with "your" family's history too.I mounted mine on a 2x4' piece of 1/4" plywood that I sealed with white paint. I made 2 mistakes; I used black pen (I'd suggest using dark PENCIL)....I needed to fix these mistakes and after much searching, found an envelope in a similar (but not exact) color of tan. I then had to TRACE the shape of where we write in the names, and glue this over it.
