Review: Great flavour, natural ingredients, and the right texture - This biltong tastes excellent. The seasoning is well balanced- savoury with just the right amount of salt, and the cuts are a good size with very little fat. The texture is chewy as it should be, but not tough or difficult to eat. It’s also reassuring to see that the ingredients are mostly natural, aside from potassium sorbate as a preservative, which is still milder than many others. I bought this while looking for genuine, quality biltong, after finding out that the stuff I purchased from Tesco "Jack Links" uses harmful preservatives and artificial flavourings... Overall, a high-quality snack with great flavour and consistency.

This biltong tastes excellent. The seasoning is well balanced- savoury with just the right amount of salt, and the cuts are a good size with very little fat. The texture is chewy as it should be, but not tough or difficult to eat.
