Q: How do i tell if its done?, it always comes out super squishy but if I keep doing 15 second increments it barely changes at all or it ends up burning

I had the same problem. It seemed mushy even after I added another 15 seconds so I added another 15 seconds and once I took it out it hardened and was slightly overcooked. I think adding another 15 seconds once should be enough even if it still looks soft.
