The ball is great for exercise and sturdy so it will last
I am very pleased with this ball. I got the larger, 9 inch size, as I wasn’t sure the 6 inch would be big enough. It does not come with a pump, but the straw method to inflate it was simple and did not require any exertion at all. Just a couple of quick breaths and it was inflated; easier than blowing up a new balloon. You can t the hardness of the ball by how much you blow it up as well. The surface is textured, so it is easy to grip and keep hold of when using. All in all, I would recommend this ball to anyone who wants a 9 inch ball. Whether for exercise or just for your child or pup to have a play toy (probably wouldn’t hold up to dogs that destroy toys too long though!).

It really helps your back
Great little ball. I didn't know that I had to blow it up but got a neighbor to do this for me. I had to have it for physical therapy for my back and I have been using it every day. It works great and stays blown up. Does not loose any air.

Pilates sized ball easy to use
Easy to inflate with enclosed straws. No pump needed. Slightly under inflate for ease of use during practice. Sturdy yet soft so offers nice molding. Color choices are lovely.

Very pleased.
Easy to blow up, just like a balloon, no inflation gadget necessary. I under-inflated just a bit, just like my gym does, to allow a little give and yet support. Held air well after 2 weeks. As for the negative review regarding damaging surfaces, it does have a warning and says it’s some kind of softening agent, and every manufacturer seems to get the same complaint. I used acetone all over it before using, and only use it on a mat.

Could be user error
I have had a really hard time keeping this ball inflated to the level I want it inflated. Could be user error but also could be a design issue. None the less I have been using it in my workouts and I like the size and feel of it. It’s easy to clean and serves its purpose for me.
