It works really well and gets you a nice shape and helps make your stomach look flatter. I’m a size L in shirts and I ordered a XL and with the extender it came with i was able to fit into it so if your unsure just size up to be safe. It is pretty comfortable and you get used to it. I totally recommend it made me feel really happy in my body I was able to put on clothes I haven’t worn in a while due to me being insecure about how it looked before but now I fit them more better and i’m happy with how my body looks in them now. I’m very satisfied:)

So I got this product May 26th and I tried it on immediately. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get it on and was a little sad about it. I didn’t want to exchange it so I used it as motivation to lose some weight. I thought it would probably take a month or so to get into it. To my surprise I am able to wear it today. I did have to use the extender, but I don’t care about that. I am very happy with how it fits. It’s not too tight and it offers enough support that it keeps me up straight. I am new to wearing waist trainers/cinchers, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. But so far I am happy with my phrschase. I will update when I am able to tighten it.

so! i figured i would wait and use the product for a while to write a review and i am glad i did, i have now owned and used this product for about a month. firstly, i highly recommend ordering a size down from what you would usually order because it does come with an expander, and it will last you longer that way. i should have gotten a longer one, but it works fine the way it is. i personally have endometriosis, and this was made my cramps flare up so bad the first 2-3 days, but after that it went back to normal. while it takes a while to get used to the pressure, it supports my back SO well. at first, it doesn't do many favors for your waist until it starts to mold to your body after wearing for a bit, after it did that i loved how it make my body look. now the reason why i rated it 4 stars, instead of 5. like i said i have been using and wearing this product for almost a month now, and i have gone down 5 sets of hooks, but none of my measurements have changed. i believe the product has simply stretched as i wear it, which is unfortunate. i bike 8 miles a day for work and have a very physical job where i am running around all day so i am definitely exercising (would also like to add, that at first it makes it a little hard to breathe if you're highly physical like me, but you adjust after a few days.) perhaps my measurements have not changed simply because it is burning fat deeper inside? but i would believe i would see exterior results by now. so, take this with a grain of salt. overall i really like the product, it is great for my back and for a quick confidence boost, but i am not too confident in it's weight loss abilities.

Great product that shipped an delivered very fast. I would caution that it runs big, this is the cons one I ordered. My waist is a 34.5 and according to the chart I need a 3xl but it was way too big, the xl fits great. Love that it covered entire torso and there’s no rolling of the garment. It takes some time to snap but once you get it it’s good. Highly recommend. May update after a week or 2 for durability and results.

Good quality and comfortable. Not the best if you have a long torso like I do. Makes your fat stick out from either the top or the bottom since it’s not long enough and makes it real obvious you’re wearing a waist trainer. If you have a short torso then it’s perfect

I am 51 in height I weigh 215 pounds. I ordered a large the first time it didn’t fit so I ordered a extra large the second time it still didn’t fit. After weeks of stretching the material out I finally pulled it up to my waist. I was unable to button it up. It made my sheep look horrible. It was very uncomfortable in the mettle strips did not help at all. If you are going to pay money for a decent waist trainer I would not buy this one there are so many other brands out there I would’ve sent it back but it’s too much of a hassle so I just gave them away.

So I'm about a size 36 in the waist or 35 and they say go 1 size down, but I went 2 sizes down, yes I'm extreme I know. 🤭 This waist trainer sucks me in like those old fashioned corsets, but that was the goal. These are quality you'd think the price would be sky rocket. I was addicted to my past waist trainer think it was the only one that I felt did me Justice. I wore it faithfully everyday and worked out in it. Today I can say I have a absolute #1 favorite and I believe it to help improve my posture. I'm too geeked! I love it!🤞🏾🤞🏾

Based on reviews, I had orded a size larger than I would normally have, however it was too big. I followed the guidelines and my correct size worked. I am working on shrinking my ribs as I think they grew during my last pregnancy. I have only been using it for an hour a day a week and I think my waist looks more snatched. Maybe it's water weight, but I'd definitely use if I had a big event and needed just a hair of definition.

I am satisfied with this and it has really helped with my waistline! I even ordered a second one ! Ive gone down a few sizes being consistent with this trainer !
