I cannot even make this story up.I'm a mom of a 9 month old (that doesn't sleep) who works almost full time and goes to school full time. Frankly, I'm exhausted. I got this case for when my daughter was old enough to play with the iPad based on another review of someone's child throwing the iPad down the stairs and it surviving.Well, in my state of exhaustion, I went to take my daughter to my in laws for the evening. I carried the baby in one arm and the iPad in my other hand. I put the iPad on top of the car, and loaded my daughter in her car seat. I then noticed trash in the backseat, grabbed it, and ran it to the trash can 10 feet away. Without thinking twice, I got in the car, as did my husband, and drove off. The iPad managed to stay on top of huge car until we had to go up a very steep hill when it slipped off and thankfully landed face down.It wasn't until we got to my in laws house three minutes later did I remember the iPad. I panicked, we got back in the car and drove to find it. We found it, still lying in the road face down. You could see dust tire marks on it, and I immediately thought the worst.My husband ran out, grabbed it and brought it to the car. The screen looked terrible with scratches and dents. However, I took the iPad out of the case and removed the screen protector (also from this brand) and VOILA! Absolutely no damage, besides one slight spot on the screen that glows a little brighter than the rest. Quite literally it has NO damage to it. Based on where it was in the road it was run over numerous times.While I would NEVER suggest anyone test this out, I can say it successfully survived being run over. The case is still in perfect shape. Screen protector was shot, but I just ordered two more just in case!THANK YOU CASE!!!

I bought this 15 months ago for a toddler's iPad2 & it is still going strong! (Don't judge. We were about to embark on our first cross-country airplane ride and it was either this or a bottle of prescription meds for Mommy. Believe me, our fellow passengers approved of the choice!)I have to admit that when I first opened that package, I thought I had been had. How was this cheap-looking piece of foam supposed to protect our over-priced iPad?!? I seriously considered returning it and would have if not for the fact that we needed a case literally the next day.Well, thankfully I was sooooo wrong!I cannot even describe the abuse this case has endured. We have traveled a LOT since then, and this case is one of the best purchases we have made for the money.The sturdy handle easily folds to change the viewing angle for use in cars or planes. It takes a little effort to fold - which is good because it keeps the iPad from falling over - but not too much that my 3-year-old can't fold it himself.The lip surrounding the screen prevents it from getting scratched if placed (or dropped!) face down. And the impact resistance seems pretty impressive. Ours has never been dropped from a particularly tall height, but it has weathered many, MANY smaller drops (off a high bed onto tile, off a sofa onto wood, face down onto the airport floor, you name it...) without a single problem.All buttons are easily accessible once you get used to finding them with the case on. The only change that I made was to remove a small tab that covers the charging port. I was concerned that it might put too much pressure on the charging cord, but that may or may not be the case. I was just using an older cord that wasn't in great shape & was being (maybe overly) cautious.Many people stop & ask me who makes this case & where to find one. I highly, highly recommend it and think it is a great value for the price!

I previously had a folio cover for my sister ipad that would have worked perfectly if she hadn't decided to use it as a tray for her other stuff as she moved around the house.At first I was concerned that having no protection on the screen was going to be an issue, but that was solved with a wet apply screen protector. She likes using the handle to carry it and that solved the tray problem.The material is a foam substance that would hold up against a little rough treatment, but I wouldn't throw it to really test the thing out.This was not made for the Ipad 1st generation, but that is what she has and this was the style I thought would work best for her so I got it. this does fit but it is a little awkward and obvious that it was made for something a little thinner. I think adding a screen protector might have made the fit a little worse, but it was worth it. she did have a problem with not being able to see use the power button so I cut out a hole for that and the charging cord hole was off center because of the fit so i extended the hole there too. my x-acto had had an easy time this this, that being said, I wouldn't use it as a surface for arts and crafts. (silly thing to say but sometimes it looks better than risking your book and easier than digging through junk for some old cardboard)Short and SweetPRO:good protection against daily traveling dangersstand/handle design perfect for convenience and comfortcustomizable (being able to easily allow for the older model to fit and work easily by adding easily cut holes)CON:easily cut-able (sort of a pro for me but but not for all)I sort of wish there was a pop on-and-off foam screen protector for extra protection when on the go.Great product! I will get again if she decides to get a newer model (i wouldn't need to have the holes i cut with a newer model so I would need to replace it)

Wonderful kids case. The only downfall is that I cant seem to get ear phones to plug into because the foam is so thick

Delivery time was way too long. it took more than 15 days for the order to come from US. Product is good, my daughter has dropped the ipad several times now but it is working fine without any problem.

Very good product, easy for kids to hold and provides great protection from tabletop falls etc. would be even better if the charging port cover didn't press the cord sideways but that is not enough to drop my rating

Great product. My two year old has thrown the I-pad many time but the sleeve has protected it well

Purchased this product for i-pad used by 4 year old kid. Product is good & as described in product description. However is expensive compared to similar product.
