THE BEST OF THE BEST
I HAVE OWNED THIS SAME TYPE OF GRILL FOR OVER 20 YEARS. IT WAS MADE BY THIS CO. ANDSOLD UNDER A WELL KNOWN COMPANYS NAME . ITS STILL IN EXCELENT CONDITION. MY ONLY PROBLEM WAS TRYING TO FIND A NEW HEAT FENCE FOR IT WHICH IS WHY I PURCHASED THIS NEW GRILL. TO ANYBODY LOOKING FOR A GOOD GRILL TO TAKE ON CAMPING TRIPS, THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST MADE GRILLS I HAVE EVER SEEN. IF THERE WAS EVER SUCH AS THIS I WOULD GIVE IT 10 STARS.

Great customer service
We had an issue with the wrong temperature guage on the grill. After contacting Rovsun, they sent us a new complete grill. Can’t ask for any better customer service!

small portable grill
needed something that we could take south with as we get away from winter for 6 weeks a year. was small and easy to pack. I have a coleman camp mate grill that cooks better but is large and hard to pack and a real pain to clean up. So far this has done the job and hope it holds up. Still learning how to regulate the heat. Seems to get really hot and need to understand cooking on it just like any other new grill

Perfect Grill
Bought this for our hot dog cart and it is a work horse! Easy to clean and grills all night without fail.

We like the grill but we want to order an extra flame tamer that is listed in the operators manual but there is NO contact information. I did e-mail them about 10 days ago and still have not had any response. Had to look e-mail address on line but no phone number.

Tiny unusable grill
I was extremely disappointed with this grill. J owned a previous version by this vendor and it's significantly larger. This version is tiny by comparison and yet cost the same price. If you're going to change the size, at least don't link it to the original listing. It's going back -- and they want me to pay for return shipping. I'm incensed.

Perfect size and efficient
Compact design , heats up rapidly and evenly. Temperature gauge takes away the guessing. Perfect for using sizzle plates , helps eliminate cleaning afterwards. Even use it on the lanai with windows open.
