No. This is for mounting lenses originally made for Pentax/Praktica slr film cameras with a 42 millemeter thread mount to modern Fuji "X" series bodies.

Does the adapter change the functional focal length of the lens?

The earlier answers confuse focal length with angle of view. These are two different things. Focal length is not changed at all by either the adapter or the camera; you would need additional optics to do that. What does change is the effective angle of view, because the APS-C sensor in the camera is smaller than a 35mm film frame. So, yes, in terms of angle of view, a 50mm lens ends up giving you a narrower angle of view comparable to a 75mm lens due to the smaller sensor, but that's not a change of focal length.

Will this adapter work with fuji xt1 and can you mount a holga pinhole lens cap which fits a canon ef adapter on it?

The adaptor should work on any of the x mount series (they all use the same fitting) but I do not know directly about putting a holga pinhole cap on the other end. If the cap fits the Canon gear, it probably will work, but you will have to try it to be sure.

You will have to go into the camera's menu and look for a shoot without lens option.
