BANDAI Spirits Hg 1/144 Zeta Gundam

Arrived on time and in perfect condition. This kit is a classic and a sentimental fave of mine, and I love Zeta Gundam. It's a great kit if you dont mind investing the time and energy into it. The build itself is fair and average in terms of sturdiness and articulation. Assembling the shoulders was a real pain, and the white parts that connect the arm to the body made it annoying.. There were a fair amount of stickers, and most of them were good and practical, except for all the red ones that go on the backpack- no thanks. It takes panel lining fairly well, and honestly the only thing I painted were the red parts. But I wouldn't call this an "easy" kit to build... It was so much fun to build it though! I really took my time with this one, and I'm very happy with how it turned out. Super worth it! Pretty good quality considering it was made in 2017.

An excellent Gunpla kit, and one favorite Mobile suits. Not a difficult kit to build but also not something I would recommend for a beginner. I found the majority of the stickers to be useless, for the exception of the front and back head camera and rifle one's. A great choice for anyone who enjoys painting details. The kit has good articulation and can be set in several different poses, and it fully transfoms into Wave Rider Mode. The Decals in the pictures are Not included.

Came out pretty nice but you will more than likely need a stand for this guy. His backpack wings off set his balance

We bought this for my nephew who is an avid model builder. Easy but fun assembly and good quality with attention to detail. Excellent value for the money if you like building gundams

The zeta hg has remained the same for a while but this version is closer to the ver ka in appearance. It’s a great kit if you love the look and out of the box the colors are mostly there. Feel free to panel line if you are super picky though. Transformation is not the same as the ver ka as this one requires a different base and mostly reattach the limbs in a different manner. But otherwise the waverider mode is pretty spot on. Overall can’t beat it for the price

I think the figure and weapons on their own are really hecking cool and I love the design of the zeta. I ran into little to no issues building it minus the head being a little loose (may be my own fault) But it’s difficult to pose without an action base. That’s entirely because the feet are not completely flat, having a heel shape, the surf module on the back being a heavy piece of plastic and the large cannon being…another large piece of plastic. This effectively had me leaving him on his back for a while because I was too lazy to buy an action base in order to properly pose him. I also felt like the cannon he has is near impossible to get JUST right, you kind of have to twist his should all the way up so you can have him properly hold it but it’s so heavy that his arms slowly fall down over time. If you’re buying this then buy an action base with it. I saw another reviewer saying NOT to buy this as a first gunpla and I’d agree but if this is your first gunpla buy an action base with it and be very very careful when putting it together.

I like Zeta Gundam, but this model is unfortunately a waste. It can't stand on its own because the wings on the back are too heavy, so an action base is required. The bigger problem is that the joints connecting the arms to the body are weak. The one on the left one broke without much force. Now, the whole thing is worthless. I started getting interested in Gunpla recently, but this miserable piece of trash has turned me off this expensive hobby, maybe for good. $35 for nothing...

I've not built too many Gunpla, but this one stands out as being pretty finicky and frustrating, apparently the model is has some experimental parts, and it shows, the torso can be an absolute nightmare because of this. One of the accessories being the canon is pretty odd and doesn't really look good in any position because of how you have to position the arms for it to hold it, the hip joint is pretty loose and has a tendency to come off if moves at all, and the antenna piece tends to fall off without any kind of interference, but that might just be exclusive to my model in particular. Despite its issues it looks great and will usually stand just fine, it's certainly not HG Barbatos annoying, but it's also not as stable as I'd like, if you like Zeta, I can definitely recommend it, just with an asterisk
