A: Watercolour!! They do have a 36 set of alcohol based and another set that is 36 water based.

**Q: Are they 60 colours but 2 pens each colour?**
A: No these pens are amazingly all different shades of a colour. Double ended pens to, you have a fine tip and a thicker tip
