To start with it didn't spray (tried about 20 pumps!) So I took the lid off, put it back on and it worked straight away. Easy to use, tastes great and the 10mg is four sprays, so you can do less if you want to!

A palatable taste - iron based liquids usually taste foul but this is actually okay! I try to follow with a fruit juice for the vitamin C and make sure not to have eaten or drunk coffee for an hour before / after. Not had a follow up bloods appointment to see if it has made any difference but it is easy to take and keep taking.

This has been the easiest iron supplement for me to take. Unlike others I’ve tried, it doesn’t give me a stomach ache and the spray is very convenient. I take it in the morning alongside vitamin C and have been using it postpartum. I’ve personally noticed an improvement and will continue buying it.

Only been taking it for a week so not sure if it’s working but it tastes nice but it leaves a metal taste in your mouth for ages

This is honestly by far the best iron supplement I have ever used and I have tried many!! No issues with stomach or gut and it only took about 2 weeks to feel noticeably better. I am about 3 months in now and all my symptoms have improved SO much! Will definitely keep using this und highly recommend this product.

Like many people I can't tolerate iron supplements. I'm also vegetarian so getting it from diet is a challenge.I bought the 10ml spray in the hope it might help with my symptoms from low ferritin.After the first day of 4 sprays I woke up the next morning feeling so much more energetic. I couldn't believe it was the supplement so thought it must be coincidence or placebo.The next day I felt even better. And have continued to improve, so I know it's the supplement. The brain fog is so much better and I'm now doing stuff instead of lying around feeling tired.I highly recommend it for anyone with low iron. It really does work fast.PS because my ferritin was so low I'm taking 6 sprays a day - 3 as soon as I wake up and 3 early afternoon. I'll cut it down to 4 after a few weeks and when I'm feeling back to normal.

I’ve been borderline anemic for a while, so my energy had always been low. I started using a daily iron spray and it’s made a difference!I had my blood tested (whilst donating) before starting and then again two months later and my haemoglobin levels had gone up! The spray is super easy to use, spray it 4 times in the morning. It doesn’t taste bad, and I like that I don’t have to swallow a pill.Overall, it’s been a really simple, effective way to help support my iron levels without changing much in my routine. If you're low on iron or tired of taking lots of different pill based supplements, I'd definitely recommend giving it a go.

I haven’t used a lot of this, but the spray has a reasonable taste. I use it as a Top-Up for my other supplements when required brilliant for travelling as it’s small inconvenient.

This stuff absorbs! Huge difference from tablet form iron. I am finally having normal hemoglobin during blood tests and I'm not craving naps anymore which I think is related. Wild.

Love this!!!! Getting more, it's the best way to get my vitamins. No pills to swallow, I love that. It tastes nice too.

Easy to take and seems to work well. Too bad it’s not available in Canada.
