Review: Awesome Pizza Oven! And some tips - Love this oven! Buy plenty of Cornmeal to put under the pizza to get it to slide off the peel. You need a large peel to put it in and back out and also a smaller turning peel. Got it all on desertcart. Make sure you get the oven back up to mega hot in between pizzas. So that the heat from the stone is going through and cooking the inside of the dough. Otherwise the flames burn the pizza on the outside but it is not cooked on the inside of the dough. Hope this helps. Had to learn the hard way. But so far this oven is crazy good with the best Pizzas ever. And BTW, gluten free dough tastes as good as regular and doesn't make you feel bad afterwards

**Q: Has anyone used this like a salamander? And cook the steak in it?**
A: Yup. If you like your steak done “Pittsburgh” or “Black and Blue” grab a thick steak and a broiling pan. You’ll get a heavily charred crust and a blood-red interior. We’ve also tried to use it to carmelize the sugar on crème brûlée - use a kitchen torch or a hot iron type salamander and skip the OONI.

**Q: Where do you fune a replacement for the pizza stone if it breaks?**
A: My stone split in half after only making 10 pizzas.  Ooni said it probably had a flaw so they replaced it under warranty.  But you can buy them directly from ooni

**Q: Where is this made?**
A: Made in England

**Q: Can my 16" x 14.25" x .25 pizza steel be placed inside?**
A: I suggest using the supplied pizza stone as the inside is an irregular shape. To answer your question, yes, it will fit.
