My measurements: Bra 36C; waist 30"; 5'5"; 140 pounds.This sport bra has some support in my normal size Medium. If you would like more support you could down size since material is stretchy. The color is beautiful and looks great on me. I love that the bust area is not that high and can actually show some cleavage. Although after wearing it at home for a couple of days that bust area folds a bit.
