The texture is very much like thick healthy 4c hair. Be patient though it doesn’t look exactly exciting when you open. I didn’t find the smell vile. I detangled the hair with a shea butter and coconut mixture that i have for my hair, its make the process so much better. I tried putting heat on it and realised it needed a bit more detangling but i like it the way it is unraveled. I have only used about 3/4 of a pack on half of my head crotchet, it looks very natural and im pleased with it. I don’t like a lot of hair on my head and the hair is not irritating . I have a medium sized head i hope😂😂.
