Yummy spicy flavours in one packet.
All the spices ingredients I needed in one packet. Easy to use, taste yum when cooked, heat level is right for us, if not you add to this. The size is good to store. Value for money is better when you buy in bulk instead of one packet, if you cook like my every week you’ll soon use up the bulk.

I have been a bit snooty about packet spices but I find these to be tasty and obviously they use fresh spices which is tricky for me as I don't use huge volumes so the spices linger. Add to that the spicing seems to be somewhat closer to Indian levels they make a good curry base which you can adapt. I paid £10 for ten packs so that's a bargain.

Rajah chicken masala
Rajah chicken masala is perfect for chicken curries also in other chicken recipes like chicken cutlets and chicken tandoori. put 1/2 tsp in the marinade with the chicken tandoori spice it comes out nice. Another thing the spice level is perfect for someone who’s not into too much hot spice.
