Metal, thickness, construction, etc. seem very good. Successfully made a very good paella on the first try. Only suggestion to seller is to use a different label (sticker) that is applied to the cooking surface of the pan. The current sticker leaves a very sticky residue that is hard to remove. I used "goo gone" to remove...not sure if that is advisable to use on a surface used to cook food. Would be better to use a hang tag, or something that does not adhere to the cooking surface. Other than that, very satisfied with this purchase.
