pretty nifty many features I will not use but you have them if needed.

Couldn’t get the unit to register, and couldn’t get hik connect to work at all. Maybe just a bad machine not sure. Said my serial number on unit couldn’t be found. I am sending the unit back.

1. Extremely low frame rate if recording at 1080p, all the footage is choppy.2. No way to erase footage.

Just was delivered today. Unit is very nice and slim. It did come with a purple hard drive pre installed. Downside is the unit only has ONE sata port, which sucks because I wanted to install two hard drives.I was able to get it up and running in a few minutes. Only downside is that it is tricky to retrieve video events which only contain motion. The motion events are not color coded in the timeline. I also want to mention that this unit does NOT have any fans so its lifespan may vary. Although its only 4 channels it still is a very small computer which should have some cooling.Unit came with a remote, mouse, batteries and the power adapter which is proprietary (so keep it safe). No Ethernet cable however.I was able to hook up a few PTZ cameras and get them up an running with little effort, it is worth mentioning that this dvr does have an very large list of protocols it supports including Kalatel. So this is a professional grade unit.
