the castor wheels are not suitable for this product, the swivel pin needs to be over the centre line of the castor, where it is offset, any weight placed on it can easily break the plastic, which it has on one castor. I do not find the seat very comfortable, the seat padding is not thick enough, and one ends up with a sore posterior.

I like the chair and the look, however the casters gave in after eight weeks of use making the chair unusable. I asked for a refund but the company haven’t contacted me as yet. I would recommend you go for higher end product.
