May Help Cholesterol Support, But Hard to Tolerate for Some
Potential cholesterol support supplement, but the large capsules and digestive side effects made it difficult to continue. Pros: Commonly used for cholesterol support Easy-to-find supplement format No strong taste once swallowed Straightforward daily dosing Cons: Capsules are large and difficult to swallow Caused stomach cramping Led to loose stools Not well tolerated long-term for me I started taking this supplement specifically for cholesterol support. While I was hopeful based on the ingredients, I experienced noticeable digestive discomfort, including cramping and loose stools, fairly early on. The capsules are also on the larger side, which made them harder to take consistently. Because of the side effects, I ended up stopping use. Bottom Line: While this may work well for some people looking for cholesterol support, it wasn’t a good fit for me due to digestive side effects and capsule size.
