    Good Replacement for Marcy Home Gym

Before finding these pulleys, I had ordered replacement pulleys directly from Marcy several times for my Marcy home gym.  The bearings in the Marcy pulleys continued to fail with piles of metal shavings depositing under the failing pulleys along with significant intermittent binding and drag.  I found these pulleys and ordered 6 to replace the worst of the Marcy pulleys.  They fit perfectly and after several months or regular use their operation continues to be clean and smooth.  These are much higher quality than the Marcy OEM pulleys.

These are very nice pulleys, smooth and seem sturdy.  My only complaint is the slot where the cable resides in is a bit wider than other pulleys I have on other machines so the cable moves a bit and feels just a bit sloppy.  I have traditional cables found on weight machines.

Very solid construction- much nicer than the original Golds Gym pulleys. I wish we had changed them earlier - the  bushings were quite worn and now the weights move much more smoothly.
