Very good so far
The first recipe I used it in was butter cookies (Danish cookies). Quite nice. No bitterness. Intense, pure coffee taste. I love it! I am used to the coffee flavor in cakes and candies commonly found in Hong Kong, Japan, etc. Most instant coffee / expresso powder I can buy in the US are quite bitter and too strong, just not having the same flavor. This one works for me. This was honestly an expensive gamble, but luckily I won!

Finally a way to make cheap cappuccinos
Despite the $20 price tag this stuff goes a long way. I was buying $3 cappuccinos that I loved but wanted to find an alternative to. I'm guessing I can make at least 30 cappuccinos out of this bottle so it must be pretty pure. I just add a cup and a half of melted ice cream, a little milk, blend it together and it's as nice, thick and creamy as any $3+ cappuccino for a third of the price.

Too small of a product and very expensive. I don’t think I’ll buy it again. Or maybe I’ll try to make it myself

Light coffee extract
Perfect for iced coffee. Nice for travel. One teaspoon in water with my favorite creamer is perfect ! Love it !

I'm not a coffee drinker , just a mocha fan and nothing out there comes close to the rich, spot on coffee flavor this has. Buyer for life!

Not an Extract, it's a flavored syrup
I thought it was strange getting this much of an extract for the price, it's because it was, as it's not an extract, it's a flavored syrup. Not sure if I'll play with it to figure out the measurements to use like I've used my coffee extracts in the recipes I do in the past or not. Maybe in other countries the term extract is used loosely, not sure.
