Nuwave Brio 15.5Qt Air Fryer Rotisserie Oven, 50°-425°F Temp Controls

This is the second best item to every kitchen!!! I have used this so much and it fills a big void when it's to hot to use my regular oven, or in addition to the standard oven needing more than one oven at a time to cook certain meals. Works just the same as a standard kitchen oven and easy to clean, portable and totally accommodative with all the different trays for different cooking needs.

I wasn't sure I needed an air fryer but when my convection toaster oven finally died, I thought this might be a good replacement. I'm so glad I took the leap! I use this more than any other appliance (outside of the coffee maker!). The first thing I tried was toast. LOL But I ended to know if it was going to do the job of my dead toaster. Some users have complained that it doesn't toast well. It does great, just not in the traditional way. I pre-heat it for a few minutes while cutting my bread and then put it on sear. After a few minutes, flip the bread! Now you will get a nice toasting on both sides. Next up, rotisserie chicken. This is a total game changer. It could not be easier. The hardest part is finding a small chicken (no more than 4 pounds). But wow is this delicious and it does not take long! We use the rotisserie basket to do our fries as then you don't have to shake and rearrange them to get them crispy. The pre-programmed functions are super helpful and take the guesswork out of converting a recipe. I use the programs for sausage, brats, bacon, and various veggies (we sous vide so I do not use the grill feature). Oh yes - bacon. So quick and easy! I do line the bottom tray with foil just to make clean up a bit easier but I will never do bacon any other way. On the note of cleanup - I agree with other reviews, clean it ASAP! I find it much easier to keep everything clean if I do so as soon as the unit cools off. I will generally toss the mesh trays in a sink of hot water and then use a kitchen brush to get any baked on stuff off. Only then do they go in the dishwasher. Same with the bottom tray. Make sure to remove and stuck on food prior to putting in the dishwasher. Use a clean rag to wipe down the inside (important so you don't get buildup). One of my favorite things about cleanup on this unit is that the door comes off easily. Yes, others complain about this but once you see how it operates and you know how to open and close it properly, the fact that you can take it off to clean far outweighs the issue of it being easy to come off. No more crumbs caught in the crack! And as an added bonus, the glass can be removed as well if necessary (I have not had to do so yet). This is a fairly large unit so take measurements. that's the only real "con" I can think of!

We absolutely love this Air Fryer! We are on our second one as the first one was on its way out. We use it daily for toast or bagels, as well as cooking everything from chicken breast to whole chickens. The rotisserie option is great. I recommend buying a rotating French fry basket. It has adjustable wattage and many other quick controls. The changes on the newer model definitely improve the operations. It's easy to clean and runs smoothly. I highly recommend this Fryer as it cooks great and easy to operate. The customer service is top notch and responsive as well!

Takes some getting used to. First few time you may suck all moisture from your food and turn it to darn near jerky, but once you get that hang of it, it’s like anything else. Cooks much faster than an oven but not as fast as a deep fryer. Makes food better than oven, but not as good as deep fryer. Racks are quite flimsy and have no stoppers so you can’t pull them half way out brush stuff on and close it back up. You pull it half way out and next thing you know you’ll have food all over the floor. The fry basket isn’t really effective, and oddly enough sometimes it can tell I’m using it and automatically turns on rotisserie and other times it doesn’t. As for rotisserie which is the #1 reaso I wanted this, it does a great job, but it seems like the grocery store has been beefing up the chickens and it’s hard to find a chicken to fit in it unless you buy the non gmo extra special chicken that costs 3-4 times the amount, but my goodness is it good. Would I buy it again? Sure. Just don’t let someone tell you this is better than a deep fryer, because it isn’t. As for crispiness it isn’t really much better than a toaster oven.

This is a pretty good little grilling cooker It's easy to use and clean, and with a bunch of time and temperature settings you can easily air grill all kinds of meat and other foods, not like any stove or grill It doesn't heat up the house or smoke up the place like a regular oven would and with the timer you just set it and it turns it's self off, so that's makes cooking easy With that DCVIRUS in 19 our bodies do better with more protein foods is my thoughts so I got it to help lose weight by eating more good protein grilled meats The draw backs of the black unit is that it's too tall to fit under a counter and needs 3 inches of room around it so, I took the electric burners out of 2 spots on the stove and put it there, but you might need a separate table or other to put it on, or think about getting the other silver nuwave model that looks like it would fit on a counter but under the cabinets. 6 muffin pan fits good and are easy to make and cook so yummy muffins and biscuits It cooks didn't than a stove so for recipes that call for 400 degrees you probably need to turn it down to 360 degrees and for less time. I am pretty happy with it so far as I had the first round nuwave cooker for years, but didn't like cleaning it and this unit seams to do a much better job and a lot easier to use, and clean so I am using it every day. I put 3 to 5 eggs on a glass plate and put it in on 300 degrees for 10 minutes or so with some cheese on top and it turns out pretty good and I don't have to stand at the stove as it turns it's self off afterwards Hopefully it will hold up well like there earlier models that I have had for many years. When grilling meats I spray the meats with coconut oil spray first because I think it helps shear the food and the flavor stays in the meats better is my thoughts I had it now for about a month and used it several times a day and it's fun and easy to use, and I bought it for better healthy foods, and post virus cooking needs

At first, I was so frustrated about the use of the oven, that I almost returned it. I don't use the program function, it is too confusing. Just turning it on, adjusting the time and temp is all I need. The probe is amazing and enables me to cook everything to perfection. Food comes out with a crunchy, golden brown with flaky soft insides. French fries are incredible. I cook my tri-tip in my Brio and it comes out with a perfect "crust" and juicy insides. It's so easy to clean, the door even comes off so it can be washed under water. When I washed the exterior, the letters came off. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a template to place over the other control panel and that fixed it. I love, love, love my Brio

I wanted to get in on the air fryer trend. Everyone was saying how quick and easy they were and that it made the food so crispy. Like chicken strips or French fries. I looked at a lot of styles and I thought this one would be good, because it said it was also a rotisserie oven, and that it could grill steaks. It looked impressive. We got it for a Family Christmas gift for ourselves. I looked up every YouTube video on how to use it. I read all the material that came with it. I was still confused. It took forever to preheat. Like I could have toasted it in my toaster oven faster. And over time that was my default. I tried to use it. I liked that the interior parts were dishwasher safe. I tried to crisp up some eggrolls, chicken strips, French fries. It was ok. But not great. I thought it would work better, faster and crispier than it did. I did bake a pie in it and that was ok. Actually, I think I had the most success with baked potatoes. I came to the conclusion that it really is just a little oven. But my toaster oven heats more quickly and when I am in the mood for fast, a Microwave and the toaster oven suit me better. I have tried to use it for 2 and a half years. It mostly just sits on my counter taking up space. My husband tried to use the meat probe. He liked it. But it was not something that we used enough. It always came down to that it was so slow to use. I feel like I should have a class or something. The videos were amazing. It just did not work for us in our kitchen. Every new gadget is not always a time saver. We are now trying to declutter and hope to pass it on to someone who fits this style of cooking. It is not for me.

I've had Many Air fryer's. this one is, by far the best!
