Would this monoblock soundstream amp support a 12 inch sub that has 1200watts ?

Theres a video of this amp being put on an amp dyno. It managed to do 900 watts. With that being said look at the rms rating of the sub. If it's 1200 then the amp will under drive it. But if that rating is 1200 max then this amp will push it nicely.

yah the bass knob came with it I think because when I got it installed the installer showed me my bass knob that came with it

Which amp is better? [soundstream pn1.1000d - rms @ 4 ohms = 350 , 2 ohms = 600] or [soundstream pn1.650d - rms @ 4 ohms = 400, 2ohms = 650]

They're both good. I have the pn1 and the bench test proves the amp to be under rated. I'm getting about 1100 watts from the 1000d. Ultimately depends on the application or installation. I have mine hooked up to 2 8 inch Kicker L7s.

Can this amp push 2 Pyle 15s?

No! Has a hard time pushing my 2 10's. They are 2ohm Skar speakers and I had to order one amp per sub.
