Football Manager Classic 2014

The buying process met all my expectations as well as the game itself. I could not be happier with the outcome.

The Ps Vita of FM 2014 Classic is a near perfect version of the classic game from the pc. As others have said the controls are a bit fiddly when you try to select a player to look at his profile etc at time but then this is more related to the limitations of the format, and with a few hours play you get used to it. The positives fully out wiegh any negatives from this and it is truly the full classic game. With regards to the complaints by one reviewer regarding micortransactions this is exactly the same system used on the normal version and it is an option as a pose to something forced upon you i am 3 months into a season and the only players who are getting injured are those who are injury prone in real life and would also get injured in the full version of FM2014 (which does not have microtransactions as far as i am aware) i think itis more that they are trying to streamline. Also you can definately get an instant result on friendlys not sure about full matches as i never use it anyway. If you want to be able to play Football manager and you don't walways have access to pc or laptop there is no better option avaliable.

I've had this game for little over a week now, and I have already sunk way more hours into it than I'd care to admit. Essentially, everything that makes the PC game's Classic mode is here. The only problem is, now you don't just lose time in front of your laptop playing this; now you can play everywhere. The bus/train. In bed. In the toilet. In fact now there is no escaping its clutches, while before leaving the house was at least a way to stop playing a little while. The criticisms leveled at this game in other user reviews are justified - the interface is difficult to navigate sometimes. Buttons are too small and require precise placement of your fingers. The amount of times I have selected the wrong option due to this is too often. Moving players around is also rather awkward for a mobile platform - you have to hold down the left bumper while dragging a finger from your right hand across the screen. This creates a bit of a dexterity challenge, and shouldn't be the case for using a UI on the go. However, despite these UI negatives, the game is still incredible, and if you are a fan of the Classic desktop game mode, you are going to lose your life having it with you wherever you go. It's also a game well-suited to portability. You can easily knock out 2 or 3 games within a short space of time, and is also good for those times when you're daydreaming about the game. At work and suddenly thinking about that player you just bought? Just make a quick toilet break and you can take a look at his profile, planning his place in your next game. All in all, a good game to have on your Vita. Hopefully they release another one next year (depends on how this one sells, I guess), because with a more suitable interface, this game will be perfect.

英語表記なので、全く英語のできない自分にはつらいですが。 それでも、購入してよかったと思ってます。 サカつくよりできることが細かくて、 選手との契約から試合中のシステムの変更、指示出しをして試合に与えられる影響の多さ。 そしてハイライトとはいえ、試合中の選手たちの動作は、 リアリティがありサカつくよりも、「アー！！」と叫びたくなるような、 そして得点を決めたときは、心の底から「やった！！」と叫びたくなるような、 そんなゲームです。 日本にローカライズしてくれるとうれしいですが、 まずはPSVitaで継続的にシリーズ化してくれるとうれしいですね。 パソコン版より携帯ゲームのほうが手軽にプレイできるので。

I read that Sega were releasing the famous football manager for the ps vita and I could not wait, I pre-ordered the item 2 months in advance and it arrived on the day which was very good of Amazon. The game itself is thee most disappointing game I have ever purchased, sega have removed the control with the d-pad which was used for the psp version and instead replaced this with the most annoying touch screen function I have ever used. The touch screen is not responsive to where you touch on the screen and you are forever pressing something which you did not want to press, the info on the screen like other reviewers have stated is so small you need a magnifying glass and the game play itself is not user friendly in the slightest, I expected such big things from this game however it has failed miserably, I would recommend sticking with the PC format of the game do not waste your money like I have.
