I've used several rice milk toners and while this is a bit more it is definitely worth it. Perhaps it's the niacinamide added to it that makes it a little extra but it definitely is hydrating. I have now purchased 3 within 1.5 years so I definitely say this is my "go to" toner.

Love this toner. It is so moisturizing and great for sensitive skin. No sticky feeling afterwards. No harsh smells.

This has quickly become my new favorite toner/essence. It's slightly more viscous than most watery toners but still lightweight and is very hydrating. I transferred it into a spray bottle and after cleanser and acid toner, will spray a generous amount on twice and then follow with the rest of my routine. It sinks in quickly, layers well with my other products and has never irritated my ultra sensitive and reactive skin; it's actually pretty soothing. I was pleasantly surprised that after only about 10 days, my skin is noticeably brighter and more even. I'm very fair with cool undertones and this significantly reduces the facial redness I usually deal with, especially when I apply it after showering. I can't recommend this enough and have already bought a backup.

I absolutely love this stuff. I have combination skin and prone to acne breakouts. I can't use anything heavy or made with oil. This rice toner is so light, yet hydrating. It leaves my skin dewy without making it look greasy. I use it twice a day and it lasts such and one bottle lasts me such a long time.

This is the best toner ever, a rare gem.
