Dissapointing
Fornone costumer service was prompt and amazing. But the product itself wasn't. We received a defectivr item, and a broken second replacement item. I've had to return both for a full refund Unfortunately. The first wouldn't recieve calls, and the 2nd item had the hangup pins broken. A shame, because it was a really nice looking rotary phone that worked with a digital line. Maybe it was just the Red phone that was the one we purchased.

Gorgeous Classic Phone
Just received my classic rotary dial phone (in red), yesterday. Had a issue with not having a dial tone, contacted customer support and received prompt, knowledgeable info AND corresponding photo. Very very helpful, indeed. Turns out the issue was NOT the phone but my service provider (am in Canada). Phone works great and looks gorgeous. Couldn’t be more pleased, might even buy a second one for another room in the house. Highly recommend!!!
