As the mother of two small children, some days can be stressful. I started experiencing mood swings and some down days. Natural solutions are always preferred for me so I searched for a product that would fit the bill. This supplement has B vitamins, ashwagandha, 5-HTP, GABA and chamomile in addition to so other natural mood support ingredients. I've been taking a tablet as needed for about a month now and do feel that it has taken the edge off of my stress. I feel better about herbal/supplement solutions versus chemicals or prescription meds. So far so good! I do recommend and will be repurchasing. So far these have helped... I have taken many different mood supplements, and have had good response. I like this one because it has Mg and vitamin B in it. I have a teenager who right now is testing my patience in every way she can, so between a little aromatherapy and this, I am at least staying as calm as I can.
