OXO Good Grips Etched Coarse Grater, Orange

The grater is pretty good quality and meets my expectations nicely. It grates really well and can go straight in the dishwasher, which is a bonus. Just be careful when using it—those blades are sharp and could easily cut you if you’re not paying attention.The box at the bottom fits perfectly onto the grater, which is handy. However, I didn’t find it that useful while actually grating. It’s better for storing any leftover grated food, so it’s got its perks.Overall, it’s a solid kitchen tool. It does what it’s supposed to do. Definitely a good choice!

Lovely all round product that works very well

Fab cheese grater, love the box at the bottom which fits great to the grater and is so handy to be able to put the lid on and put any extra cheese back into the fridge for another time!Handle is very sturdy and can get a good grip when grating even the hardest cheese!Delivery was great too!

Excellent for grating fresh ginger, garlic, lemon & orange peel. Also it does not slide when used at an angle or over a pan for grating. However the protective transparent cover for storage should have been a little longer, so as to offer a 'grip' when removing it. It is not so well thought out as the grater itself. If you were to store it without the protective cover in a drawer, you would run the risk of scraping your hands against it, while searching for something else in the drawer.

There is nothing to dislike about this.Ergonomic, strong, effective at fine grating, easy to clean and quick to grate with the double direction grate.Also no grated or sore fingers.If only every product could be this pleasant an experience.Excellent value and function.

This cuts through cheese with little to no effort and the rubber foot is grippy a actually pleasant grating experience.

Replaced a huge tower like box grater I had previously. The design and quality are excellent- typical OXO kitchen hand tool. Perfect size, robust and easy to clean.Grateness personified.

The removable zester makes it easier to get all of the bits out of it and the other sides when washing up (my being able to reach all the places easily after removing one side of the grater) which can be hard to clean off in other graters. Is a very sharp grater which makes it easy to use, I did cut myself on it once which I would not even think is possible to do on most sides of other graters so probably best to caution people of this. The flatter design also makes it easier to clean (especially with the usual design of the smallest size being less spikey) and the container is also very useful to contain what I am grating and store anything I don't end up using. It is also very study and I think will last a very long time.

I juice a lot of lemons in a year, around 20 to 30 for just my personal household use, not professionally or anything. But I've not got the knife skills necessary to be able to cut off the zest reliably without bringing the white pith with it.This thing is PERFECT - short fat grip, real sharp lil holes on the business end - I took a lil chunk out of a knuckle first time I used it! Put aside one lemon or lime to practice on - there's a sweet spot angle and amount of pressure that you'll have to figure out for yourself. A LOT of pressure, I can attest - act like you're mad at it, that'll get ya most of the way there!They say it's dishwasher safe, which is always good to hear. The oils that'll accumulate will definitely need some soap to cut them down, and you might end up with some pith around the channel-knife section, so you might need to poke at that with one of those small pipe-cleaner type things before dishwashing it.Certainly no functional limit to the number of citrus fruits that could be zested with this! But do keep some wits about you - I doubt you'll have a good time with grapefruit zest, but hey, I don't tell you how to live your life! LOL

Really like the handle and is great quality...as usual with OXO products :)
