Eat speculum and a usb lead is included. It is a very good investment. Highly recommended.

does come with software?

It came with software that made it compatible with my MacBook Air running OS X v. 10.8.4 Mountain Lion. The company emailed the software to me, though I think it may now be available on their website if it's not packaged with the device.

is it possible to attach an insufflator to this?

In my appreciation it is not possible.

how big is the cable??? i mean length, because it is wired product, am i right??

It's a standard 6ft mini usb cable. I haven't found it cumbersome. I use the Firefly daily.
