Well made and plenty bright when using the AC Adapter. Only difficult thing is placement to conceal the tiny white wires. Love em!

I bought this set of Department 56 double street lamps to add more detail to my Christmas village, and they really help tie the whole display together. The set of four is perfect for placing along streets, near buildings, or around gathering areas to make the village feel more complete. They add that little touch of realism that makes the scene look less like a collection of buildings and more like an actual town. I like that they are easy to position and small enough to move around until the layout looks just right. At this point, my miniature village has better street lighting than some real neighborhoods. 😂 Overall, a simple but very effective accessory that adds a lot of character to a Department 56 display.

These lights match ones I've purchased several years ago, and without actually plugging them in yet (not until December) they look great. They go very well with my old self-painted "Wee-Craft" Christmas Village. I especially like the fact that you can use either a plug or batteries to operate them. I have a very large Village and using items with batteries only just does not work for me. It is harder and harder to find items that still use plug adapters! I was delighted to find them!

Good quality 4 piece set. The glow off of the lights is very low, but they were originally intended to be used as street lamps for the Dept. 56 Village sets. That is what I needed them for, my Christmas village display. The price I paid was slightly more than what I originally paid years ago, but they were needed so I did not care. They are exactly like my original ones and fit perfectly with my village set.

I needed some warm lights around my Diorama, it’s not the prettiest but it’s something i’m proud of. Anyway these lights aren’t bright like street lights, think of it as a soft yellow light. It still illuminates things around it but not as bright as you might think. These work great as a final piece to a project and i’m satisfied. Was gonna buy this at a store for 30 dollars thank Allah I waited, got it for 10 dollars which is a good deal imo.

Very difficult to get them to stand up without falling over. Wound up putting double deck, tape on the bottoms and that alleviated the problem very expensive. Biggest problem is the battery box, the box is too small to get the seat batteries in. The batteries just barely fit, and you have to be careful because you could easily damage the springs that connect the battery to the box

Perfect replacement for our 30 year old similar lights. These are identical to original.

Love this lamp shape, have used many before and tough to get to stand and wires are delicate!

I was looking for extra lights for my Christmas village display and when I saw the sale price of $16.02, I quickly ordered. I have been using these Dept. 56 Street Lamps for 25 years and very happy with the product.

Very nice. They really help to complete the look. They have the adapter to plug into the wall but also can be hooked up to an accessories plug. Would totally recommend
