The Aubin Academy Master Series: Revit Architecture 2013 and Beyond (with CAD Connect Web Site Printed Access Card) 1st Edition

Well presented information in an easy to follow format. Some of the books I've read on Revit, while exhaustive on the subject, were harder to follow along with then the Aubin Academy Mater Series. I often reference different books depending on what I'm looking for. This book walks you through all the features of Revit with a practical workflow type emphasis.

Great jumping off book for a first time user of Revit Architecture. My part-time high school helper is using it as a jumping off point for being a first time user of not only of CAD, but of Revit Architecture. She keeps digging deeper and deeper. Trying to get her to go home at night, I just tell her to lockup and turn off the lights when she is done. I would be very surprised to find her sitting at the computer one Saturday morning after an all nighter with her nose in the book! I wish all my draftspersons had her willingness to learn new stuff and think out of the box! I think she knows who she will be working for when she graduates in May!

This text gets you started working and understanding the overall structure of the Building Information Model without you being overwhelmed. It then explains the structure of the BIM and takes the getting started model features into more detail. The support and example files are great. Would highly recommend to experience and new persons trying to get a handle on Revit.

I got the Kindle version. Instructions and notes are very clear. Although the graphic captions of the screen were rather blrurry.

I am studying interior design and architecture and this book that is helping use Revit as an enhancement of my work that I show to clients. It is a rather long book but it goes step-by-step in showing you how to use all assets the program has to offer. It even includes Revit files to work through to learn each chapter.

The book is very easy to read. Tutorials are excellent and accurate. Accessing and downloading the on-line content was a little difficult but support staff were very helpful.

So hard to follow. Ugh. But it was required for the class so I kept it.

I loved this book, my last step to graduating with my AS in Architectural Engineering!
