Coleman Utopia Breeze Beach Chair Lightweight Folding Beach Chair with Cup Holder & Carry Bag Portable Supports up to 250lbs

My wife and I bought two Coleman Utopia Beach Chairs for our recent 12-day trip to St. John. They worked perfectly. The chairs are sturdily constructed, fun colors, and the drink holder is a nice plus. We loved that they collapsed into a “cylinder” shape, because this allowed us to carry them over the shoulder, or to put them in a medium-sized backpack for hiking, something that’s really helpful on St. John. The cloth material held up well, and dried quickly after it got wet, which was every day.The only drawback is weight. They’re not super light, though they are lighter and more compact than most chairs of this type, and the compressibility makes up for it. On hikes of significant length, we packed our backpacking chairs, which are not nearly so comfortable, but only weigh 1 pound.

I highly recommend buying these beach chairs. After scouring Amazon for weeks looking for the perfect beach chairs for our vacation, I stumbled upon these. They were cheaper than most beach chairs so I was a little nervous. I ordered 2 anyway. When they arrived, I was thrilled!! They were compact, easy to set up, and comfortable to sit in. They also have a built in cup holder that is very handy! The colors are bright and are exactly as advertised. They are easy to fold up and put away in their carrying bag which makes it easier to bring on longer walks to the beach.

I walk a distance to the beach and I wanted EASY TRANSPORT. This is the lightest beach chair I have ever owned. It easily folds up and it folds up compact. The color is pretty and I find it comfortable enough. I will definitely buy this again because it is great for me, but please note it does not recline. It isn't the chair for those who like to fling the seat back and take a snooze. I would prefer to sit upright and read and this chair allows me to do that just fine.

We bought these so we could throw them in a bag to take on a plane for a trip. Totally worth it! For the price, you get a good little beach chair. They sit low, and I mean very low to the ground. But we are the kind of people who like to sit up front on the water. If you have bad knees, these are not for you. They are very comfy though, fold up ok and clean up pretty easy. Im 6'4 210 and fit no problem. The things I did not like were mostly the cup holder and and they fold and un fold. the cup holder is junk, so do not expect anything special. If you really want the cup holder to work, go to your local hardware store, and buy a real washer and bigger screw, and it will serve its purpose! Second, the unfolding. These have two plastic parts that slide into each other, if you do not fold it out all the way, it will feel uncomfortable, so make sure you pay attention and you will be way more comfortable. Finally, one chair folded no problem, the other had a tendency to stick a little. Nothing that cannot be managed though. Both chairs survived a week at the beach with no rust, and went back in the carry bags no problem. For some small compact beach chairs, I say go for it.

We've had these chairs for a couple years now. They've been to the beach and back several times. They have held up wonderfully and are comfortable to sit in on the beach. I really like the storage space on the back of the chair- I can put my phone, book, sunscreen, etc. in there and don't have to worry about them getting wet if a wave comes up to my chair since they are raised out of the water.

These are our new favorite folding chair. We’ve used it at the beach, at the park, and in the backyard. My young children even used it to watch a movie in the living room (it allowed them to stretch their legs comfortably and recline). It is relatively light and easy to unfold. Folding it back is difficult the first time but once you got technique, its easy. The back pocket is where we usually store its bag and is still big enough to fit towels, phones, or tablets. Its feet sinks a little bit in the sand, but so does any chair. It is just more noticeable because the seat is close to the ground like a beach chair should be. The armrests are good but it is not difficult to damage the foam padding. I also love that it has cup holders that can rotate in and be hidden if you don’t need it.All in all, its an excellent and well made beach chair.

It’s perfect to enjoy the beach, sand and sun. Not hard to open or to transport. It is really low on the ground so I would not recommend for older people or for people with knee problems, beside that all good.

We got these to pack in our suitcases for a beach trip and they were perfect! They fit nicely in our suitcases which was important. They weigh closer to 7 pounds, so not the lightest, but they still worked. They are very easy to set up and very comfortable! The cup holder is a great feature too.
