These are incredibly large, which is what I was hoping for. We have an Amazon parrot. She loves cuttle bones, but after two or three chomps, the small ones commonly available in stores with pet supplies are in small pieces and most of it goes to waste. These should help her get the calcium she needs and help keep her beak in good shape. Worth every penny. I don't want to seem negative, but the included holder is flimsy metal and not really large enough for these. I usually use zip ties to attach cuttle bones to her cage, because she doesn't chew on them, and that worked well here. Be careful with that if your pet chews on everything.

I read the reviews and to be honest one bad review can sway me. Glad I didn’t listen! First look all I can say is Wow!! These are HUGE easily close to 9” x 3” wide. Only one out of the bunch was broken in 2. I broke the other one when I dropped them. No odor was noted, texture was spot on and little to no dust in the bag. Great quality, and a fantastic value for the money. I bought these for both my tortoises and my parrots. Will most definitely recommend and will be ordering again once I need them.

The cuttlebones are huge and wonderful. However they are so big that the One. Yes ONE holder that comes with it. Will absolutely not hold it. I resorted to using chip clips to hold them. Problem solved. But you'd think they would send a holder for each cuttlebone. Since most of us ordering this many, have more than one birds cage!

These cuttlebones are the perfect size and great quality. My birds started using them right away, and I love knowing they’re getting a natural source of calcium to support healthy beaks and strong bones. They last a long time, are easy to attach to the cage, and are an excellent value. Highly recommend for anyone with pet birds!

The first time I ordered a 4 pack of the small cuttlebones, they were good. In fact my cockatiel ate through them faster than other brands I'd bought. The 2nd time, all 4 were brown. It was not obvious how bad they were until they were removed, as the softer brown side was facing the cardboard backing. I scraped off the top layer of one to see if it was white underneath, and the brown continued all the way through. Similar to a rotten apple core color. I was able to get a refund through Amazon, and I will try and order these again and hope the next package is ok, like the first time, but now I'm not as confident purchasing these. I hope I get a whiter, healthier looking set again.

My three cockatiels normally love these but they do not like this brand at all. I’ve tried switching them out with new ones from the box and they still refuse to use them so I went and bought the ones I normally do and it’s almost gone. So idk if it’s bad product or picky birds either way I’m out the money lmao

Ordered for my snails, this product is actual real cuttlebone and not the fake stuff that can be bad for them. Bought it back in August and still have it now June of the next year, but probably only because it's for my snails. It keeps their shells healthy and has been a good food and calcium source for them, and lasts a long time. Will buy again if it even ever runs out. One snail laid its eggs near it and the babies have been growing and feeding off of it their whole lives and are doing well. It did not come damaged either, I broke it myself to divide between two enclosures. They're strong unless you break them on purpose.
