I have tried the one with garcinia , which is good too, but I keep coming back to this particular canistar (yellow). The garcinia one (light purple/pinkish canister) is supposed to help with weight loss. I am not sure if I really saw weight loss, but it was just as good as this one. It had a tangy taste to it. The yellow canister has a sweet, not overly though, sweet taste. Once I finish with this yellow canister, I think I am going to try their orange canister.
