I store the big pot in the fridge and small jam jar with all my other mushroom and green powders that I use every day. I use it on apple slices, on bread and rice cakes together with other healthy toppings, like fruit, herbs, bee pollen, sliced veggies etc. Also tastes good in salad dressings and obviously to make houmous.
