"I like it when the red water comes out" -Salad Fingers
Razor sharp! Two people I work with cut themselves after barely touching the blades. I can't figure out why they thought touching *cutting* blades was a good idea however just wanted to warn that if you are used to a dull blade be careful and warn anyone else that might use it. Just like fingers it cuts tomatoes effortlessly.

I order these for a group of Subways and they always fit and work great. Just make sure you have the newer style Nemco slicer. These will not fit the older ones.

not nemco
had the blade 1 month and all it does now is make crushed tomatoes original blade lasted a few years and stayed sharp this isnt nemco or if it is it aint new
