Size of the intended item noticed is smaller
Size of the intended item is as per our specifications but when we put to use we noticed that the size is smaller. Is there any change in specifications by any chance. We would like to purchase locally the next available size and if it is found comfortable, can we place a request to replace the left over 3 packets which are not opened yet. One packet which is in use we will however manage to use it. We have bought the item several times and we are happy that no such issue happened and only this time it was noticed.
